The amount you pay for Velocity Education depends on the level of services that you require.
We can, of course, give you an exact price for the sort of work that you require following discussion with you, but here’s a general outline…
Velocity Standard. This is the service that the vast majority of our Velocity clients take. It involves our working on four significant projects for you each month, as well as being pro-actively involved in your marketing programme, and being available for consultation at all times of the normal working week.
A typical campaign of this type will involve four major activities per month, for example:
- Writing and then transmitting an email for you to one of our personal or subscription lists as described on www.emails.gs, forwarding the email report to you and making recommendations to you in the light of this report.
- Writing and sending out a press release.
- Re-writing and presenting to you with a new website landing page, prepared in the light of the email report (where, for example, it is clear that we have sent a large number of teachers to the landing page, but this has not resulted in orders).
However that is just one example – another month might involve nothing but writing and transmitting emails to teachers, while at another time we might produce some additional resources that you can add to the product you are selling to schools. We can also take phone calls and faxes on your behalf if your office is not manned throughout the school day. For some companies, where changing the website is not easy, we can create a new page for you and link it to your existing site.
For other companies we regularly write blog copy, for others we hold their mailing list and write and transmit emails to that list. It all depends on what you require.
Velocity Lite
In this approach we maintain the level of consultancy and support, but only undertake one major activity per month. So, if you want one email written and sent per month, with no other activity, this is the service you will need.
There is one point to note however. Whereas the Velocity Standard approach has no minimum contract period, and allows you to give one month’s notice at any time after the first month, the Velocity Lite programme does commit you to a campaign running for six months – after which it is on a one month’s notice basis.
Velocity Gold
This programme is specifically designed for our clients who need a very rapid service, with an almost unlimited range of activities.
Velocity Gold contracts are based completely around the specific needs of our client, and they have included successfully presenting an application for a licence to run a major EU project, promotions of a series of conferences presenting nationally known speakers, work in persuading teachers to become involved with a university research programme, weekly press releases and all of the elements of the Velocity programme that are detailed on our main website page.
The price of Velocity Gold is subject to negotiation concerning the level of work undertaken, the speed at which it needs to be turned round, the number and location of meetings involved and the nature of the briefs given for larger projects.
